Service

There are many types of service. The first that comes to my mind is the selfless acts of kindness we perform for others.

The next is military service, and "oh, You were in the service?" (It usually comes from an older generation)

In the service of God,

But today I want to talk about the service that makes my skin crawl for about 20 minutes. The kind when you want to rip through the papers and yet toss them at the same time. This eerie type of service is the service you get when you are about to be given court papers. (Where is a crazy faced emoticon when you need one)

I was served last night, by two very masculine looking women. It was weired. And in the Albertsons parking lot no less.

Excuse me miss, Watch out, you have been served! And it's off to court in a couple of months.

(I wish my camera would not have fallen in the pool. I want more pictures)

Everyone Needs an Allison

Allison's are special people. It's not the name that makes an Allison. Allison represents true charity and friendship. It's this kind of purity that makes an Allison. Allison's can be mothers, sisters, friends, aunts, kindred spirits, church members, doctors, therapists, healers, and anyone else with a kind and compassionate heart.

Everyone needs a friend.

They listen,

They love,

They encourage,

They believe.

Everyone Should have an Allison
